In Battle Drill 1A, the Infantry Squad attacks an objective. Once contact is complete, the team leaders assess their team by asking for an ACE report. ACE is an acronym for Ammo, Casualties, and Equipment. The ACE report is the first thing to be conducted in your actions on the objective after securing it.

The podcast, much like it’s military equivalent, is an assessment, of sorts, to be conducted after military service. No one needs to feel alone in their transition from military life to civilian life. Many of us struggle with similar problems, and go through the same things. Just because we don’t wear the uniform anymore, it doesn’t mean we don’t have each other’s backs.
