Presented by De’Nicea Hilton, Period & Fertility Strategist, the Sisters of Flow is home to where we “go with the flow” about anything and everything menstrual cycles! Flow-versations filled with tips, tools and trainings for healthier cycles.

It can be pain relief to product reviews to treatment options to cultural differences to male perspective. Gynecological disorders (e.g. painful periods, no periods, endometriosis, PCOS, just to name a few), pregnancy, fertility, and more.

Women experience their cycles everyday and can be in severe pain that can leave them debilitated, missing work/school, or even feel ashamed. So the Sisters of Flow is opening up the conversation and feeling free to talk about all there is surrounding menstrual cycles.
