We start with Big Storm Brewing, the massive multi-site brewery along Florida’s Gulf Coast. They just purchased Big Blue Brewing in Cape Coral, so we’ll talk to owner LG Govoni about plans for the space, making hand sanitizer, their recent Belgian-style beer releases, and more. Much, much more.
Then we head to Miami, where Concrete Beach Brewery is closing their doors after 5 years. Sort of, they are being remade into the new Dogfish Head Miami. We went to Concrete Beach last November, before the quarantine, to chat with their Marketing Manager Erika Chavez about everything that was going on.
