Florida’s Craft Beer Industry is (happily) no stranger to making great releases to support important causes. We are featuring two such beers from two North Florida breweries on this episode. First is Watchstander IPA from Jacksonville’s Veterans United. This beer is brewed to support and raise awareness to The Fire Watch–a Florida organization created to end veteran suicide. We speak to president and brewmaster, Ron Gamble, about veteran suicide and the importance of Watchstander in bringing awareness to this crisis. After that, we speak to Bryan Burroughs, co-founder of Proof Brewing in Tallahassee. They are one of many breweries around the world making From San to Don–an imperial stout created by Pravda Brewery in Ukraine.
