John Kelly, a retired Sheriff’s Sergeant, is our guest with 30 years of experience. He talks about a life and death fight and the severely abused baby that shaped his career in Law Enforcement. John also talks about the violence and trauma took their toll leading him to self-destructive behavior.

John also talks about how he became the biggest threat to his own life, his redemption, and how he uses his experience to help others through his book, speaking, and online presence.
