Paul (or Desmond) spent most of his life dreaming of being an entertainer who could make people’s lives happier and more enjoyable. It wasn’t until his mid-30’s that he overcame his fears, quit his comfortable job as an engineer for a Fortune 100 company, took a massive pay cut and chased his dreams as a morning radio personality.

Within two short years, he was earning more than ever before and (most importantly) woke up every day excited to do a job he loved on a nationally syndicated radio show that reached nearly 1 million listeners a week. His very first podcast launched in February of 2014, and after a detour into the digital marketing agency space, he’s just returned with a brand new show called The Key.
